Board amends Dec. 10 minutes, sets next meeting for April 15

Chair Kathleen Lonergan presented the Dec. 10, 2024 Regular Meeting Minutes and the Board made and approved several corrections: change "Vaughn" to "Vaughan," delete one line (Line 21), change "Mr. Hurley" to "Mr. Gatz," and change a reference from "Mr. Walsh" to "Mr. Rhodes." On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, the amended minutes were approved unanimously.
Staff also reviewed the to-do action items (with several items ongoing and several completed) and confirmed the next regular meeting date: April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan, the meeting adjourned at 2:24 p.m.
