Heritage Pines board accepts unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024
Summary

District Manager Chuck Adams presented the unaudited financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2024 and answered questions regarding the BankUnited investment account and the current interest being earned. The Board requested the supporting bank statements and clarifications about the investment account activity.
On motion by Arthur Rhodes and seconded by Michael Walsh, "the Unaudited Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024, were accepted." The vote was unanimous. Staff said they will resend the statements to the Board for review ahead of the next meeting on April 15, 2025.
