Board approves routine schedule and agreements; financial statements accepted

At the April 15, 2025 meeting the Heritage Pines CDD adopted Resolution 2025-04 (meeting schedule) and Resolution 2025-05 (Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement), accepted unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025 (revenue 94% collected), and approved amended Feb. 18 minutes; all votes were unanimous.
The Heritage Pines Board approved several routine items on April 15, 2025. The board adopted Resolution 2025-04 designating regular meeting dates, times and locations for FY2025/2026 (motion by Mr. Putman, second by Mr. Walsh) and adopted Resolution 2025-05 approving updates to the Florida Statewide Mutual Aid Agreement (motion by Mr. Walsh, second by Ms. Vaughan). Both motions passed unanimously.
Separately, the Board accepted the unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025; Mr. Adams reported revenue at 94% collected with one month remaining in the collection period. The Board also approved amendments to the Feb. 18, 2025 meeting minutes and approved them as amended. Each action passed on unanimous motions recorded in the minutes.
