Heritage Pines board approves $600 stump-grind removal behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive

The Board reviewed three A‑Z Tree Service estimates for work near Heritage Point Drive and Rolling Hills Loop: $350 to clean up and trim behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive; $600 to remove the tree with stump grinding behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive; and $5,475 for forestry mulch around the pond at Waterlily Lane and Rolling Hills Loop. District Manager Chuck Adams summarized the proposals and discussed differences between A‑Z’s mulching approach and Environmental Solutions’ handwork approach.
On motion by Michael Walsh and seconded by Stephen Putman, "the A‑Z Tree Service, LLC estimate to Remove with Stump Grind Behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive, in the amount of $600, was approved." The vote was unanimous. The Board did not approve the other A‑Z estimates at this meeting; any additional work will be scheduled through normal contracting procedures.
