The budget was revised to increase the Operations and maintenance — Contingencies line by $20,000 to provide flexibility for additional journal entries; any unused contingency will remain in the Surplus Fund Balance.
Chair Kathleen Lonergan told the board she had received a letter indicating "the CDD will receive a refund of $1,298 from the Tax Collector’s Office; this amount accounts for the difference between the actual and the amended budget." The board adopted Resolution 2025‑02 on a motion by Michael Walsh, seconded by Stephen Putman.
