The Central A&M Board accepted the retirement of Pam Moore effective at the end of the 2025–26 school year and approved several resignations, including Rob Smith (assistant football coach), Jess Lehman (assistant track coach), and Tyler Niebrugge (high-school teacher and NHS sponsor effective Dec. 18, 2025). Each motion was approved unanimously.
The board also approved hires and appointments: Kord Champley as middle-school girls track coach (effective immediately), Joseph Rund as a long-term high-school substitute filling the vacancy created Dec. 18, 2025, and a slate of assistant football coaches pending background checks (Paul Workman, Doug Morrell, Austin Donoho, Lane Whitney — volunteer, and Danny Higgins). Vanessa Manuel was approved as custodian at the Moweaqua campus pending a background check, and the board approved maternity leave for Hilary Bothwell as presented.
Motions were moved and seconded by board members during the meeting; votes were taken by roll call and recorded as unanimous for each personnel action. The board packet and minutes list each motion, the maker and seconder, and the recorded vote.
