Board approves destruction of selected closed-session audio and releases recent closed minutes
Summary
Trustees authorized destruction of select closed-session audio recordings from Jan. 2021–June 2024 under the Open Meetings Act and released closed-session minutes from July–December 2025 and February 2025.

On a motion by Mr. Lang, seconded by Mrs. Devore, trustees authorized destruction of selected audio recordings from closed-session meetings held Jan. 2021–June 2024 as permitted by the Open Meetings Act; the motion carried on voice vote (6 Ayes, 0 Nays, 1 Absent). Separately, on a motion by Mrs. Blundy and seconded by Mr. French, the board released closed-session minutes dated July–December 2025 and February 2025 as presented. Both actions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
