The board entered executive session at 5:58 p.m. by motion of Member Hasting (seconded by Member Andrea Foss) and returned to open session at 7:11 p.m. A personnel addendum presented after executive session listed resignations effective in March–May 2026 (Madison Love, Brady Long, Jesse Jones, Aubri Bonk), two requested maternity leaves (Alaina Marlow and Taylor Cornwell, both requested for Aug. 17–Nov. 6, 2026), and a slate of advertised openings including teachers and coaches. "Motion was made by Member Veach, seconded by Member Dearwester, to adopt the personnel addendum as presented," the minutes state; the motion carried by voice vote with all present.
The board adjourned at 7:13 p.m. on a motion by Member Patrick Hasting, seconded by Member Nikki Buehler; President Andrew Dearwester declared the meeting adjourned.
