Administrators report enrollment counts and honor students across Central CUSD 3
Summary
Principals reported building enrollment totals (Early Childhood 114, Elementary 242, Junior High 231, High School 229) and recognized students and staff including February Senior of the Month Ellie Foote and Panther of the Month Wayne Mowen.
School administrators reported enrollment and recent recognitions during the Feb. 18 meeting. Early Childhood Principal Amanda Shoopman reported 114 students enrolled and noted family literacy night attendance; Central Elementary Principal Chevi Ingalls reported 242 students and named Wayne Mowen Panther of the Month. Central Junior High Principal Tracy Rhea reported 231 students, completion of D.A.R.E. lessons and an essay winner Kase Flesner. High School Principal Zak Huston reported 229 students, strong FBLA results (more than 90% of 45 members placed in the top ten at the Western Area Conference) and noted upcoming events including FFA week (Feb. 23–27).
The minutes also record district acknowledgments: Ellie Foote was selected as February Senior of the Month and staff and volunteer recognitions (Staff Member of the Month Robin Meier; volunteer Karen Dickhut).
