After a brief executive session the Central School District #3 Board of Education returned to open session and adopted the personnel addendum (Doc. Reg. #6081) by unanimous voice vote. The addendum recorded resignations (Dion Hilgenbrinck and Dacey Myers, paraprofessionals; Rahna Schwengel, substitute bus driver; others), new hires and appointment of non-certified substitutes, parapro hires, volunteer assistant track coach appointment, and a maternity leave request for Katy Myers (4th grade teacher) from May 1 to May 22, 2025.
The minutes list available positions including assistant JH volleyball coach; part-time 7th-grade math teacher (starting 2026–27); part-time ESL-endorsed teacher; PE teacher; high school English teacher; 8th grade/HS math teacher; and special education teacher. The minutes do not include salaries or hiring timelines; administrative staff will manage recruitment and onboarding for the listed openings.
