The Central School District #3 Board of Education adopted the personnel addendum (Doc. Reg. #6102) at its Feb. 18 meeting. On a motion by Member Kindel Kestner, seconded by Member Andrew Dearwester, the board approved the addendum, which lists staff releases, resignations and new hires.
The minutes list hires including Kendall Owen (part-time paraprofessional, effective Feb. 17, 2026) and Meghan Gertz (special education teacher, effective Feb. 6, 2026). The record also lists resignations (Pam Clampitt, Habitat sponsor, effective May 19, 2026; William Taylor, junior high science, end of 2025–26 school year) and releases of substitute bus drivers Brittney Brokaw and Jonathan Brokaw (effective Feb. 11, 2026).
The board posted a set of available positions in the minutes, including paraprofessional, 7th/8th grade math teacher or part-time permanent 7th grade math teacher, 7th/8th science teacher, assistant HS volleyball coach, part-time ESL-endorsed teacher, Habitat sponsor, PE teacher, high school English teacher, 8th/HS math teacher and additional special education openings.
