Central CUSD 3 approves personnel addendum after executive session, records resignations and new hires

After conducting an executive session from 6:24 p.m. to 7:33 p.m., the Central School District #3 Board approved a personnel addendum (Doc. Reg. #6058) on a motion by Member Veach and seconded by Member Kestner.
The addendum records releases and resignations including Dana Rigg (HS English teacher, release effective 5/27/2025) and other staff departures with listed effective dates. New appointments include Peyton Clampitt as volunteer junior-high assistant baseball coach (effective 7/28/2025), Natalie Phillips and Rachel Cutforth as paraprofessionals (effective Aug. dates listed), and the approval of a slate of at-will substitutes effective Aug. 13, 2025. The board also approved a reassignment for Scott Bucholtz from HS Head Girls Track to HS Assistant Track Coach effective Aug. 18, 2025.
