The board also approved the claims docket (motion by Alderman John Banks, seconded by Alderman Mason Herrin) and approved the minutes of Nov. 18, 2025 (motion by Alderman Brent Sistrunk, seconded by Alderman Kyle Martin). The minutes record Alderman John Banks as voting "Abstain" on the Nov. 18 minutes approval while Aldermen Herrin, Martin and Sistrunk voted "Aye." Mayor Pro-Tem Grantham adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
