District Manager Chuck Adams told the board the July 31, 2024 unaudited financial statements reflect the unbudgeted purchase of a new mower. The board accepted the financial statements on a motion by Arthur Rhodes and seconded by Carol Vaughan; the vote was unanimous.
Discussion included the operating account held with SunTrust and a proposal to consider opening an investment account with BankUnited, which Adams said will be added to the next meeting agenda. No dollar amount for the mower purchase was provided in the meeting minutes.
The acceptance of the unaudited financials does not constitute final audited approval; the board accepted the interim statements for administrative oversight.
