At the Jan. 26 meeting the board processed a series of personnel and administrative actions.
The board accepted the resignation of Greg Carter as Kemmerer Village special education teacher, effective Jan. 5, 2026, on a motion by Chris Just and seconded by Brock Boltz; the motion passed unanimously. Members similarly accepted Kaitlin Jacobs' resignation as middle school track and field coach and approved her maternity leave as presented. The trustees approved hiring Trevor Higgins as CAMOV Football Head Coach for the 2026–27 school year (motion by Boltz, seconded by Just) and approved Sara Eldred as National Honor Society sponsor effective immediately (motion by Just, seconded by Rutan). The board also approved Julie Tuel's maternity leave as presented.
The board voted to engage LMHN as the district's auditor for the year ending June 30, 2026 (motion by Just, seconded by Boltz); the roll call was unanimous. All personnel motions recorded unanimous yes votes with each member present voting in favor.
