Board approves tentative collective-bargaining agreement with CSEA Chapter #287

The board voted Jan. 8 to approve a tentative collective-bargaining agreement with the California School Employees Association, Chapter #287, covering July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. The motion was made by Trustee Shawn Moura and seconded by Jeanmarie Wolf and carried unanimously.
As part of the personnel and fiscal actions, the board also approved AB 1200 public disclosure documents associated with the tentative agreement and with agreements covering classified management and confidential employees. The board took these actions during the Human Resources agenda block and recorded motions and seconders for each approval.
