The Saint Helena Unified School District Board of Trustees met Feb. 12, 2026, and approved multiple fiscal and personnel actions, while pausing consideration of an LED lighting design‑build contract.
President Laura Symon called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. The board approved the meeting agenda after Superintendent Dr. Jodi McClay asked that two facilities items be pulled for later consideration. The board later voted to approve the 2024–25 audit report presented by Chief Business Official Dr. Kay Vang and approved Resolution #25‑22 to join the Education Technology Joint Powers Authority as an associate member.
In human resources business, the board approved Resolution 25‑23 (discontinuance of particular kinds of service), Resolution 25‑24 (classified reduction in force) and Resolution 25‑25 (classified management reduction in force).
