Key items read by the clerk included a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into a contract with Cromwell Architects Engineers Incorporated in an amount not to exceed $273,000 for architectural services for the Little Rock 9-1-1 communications center, and an authorization to contract with Qmerit Electrification LLC for up to $301,453.10 to purchase and install 18 ChargePoint electric vehicle charging stations and related software for multiple city locations.
Other consent items included a Turf and Soil Management contract for $91,532 to purchase a Baroness mower for city parks, renewal of the Little Rock Police Department’s Polaris software support and hardware warranty via Utility Associates Inc. for $67,357, acceptance of donated property at 1220 West 23rd Street for neighborhood revitalization, and contingency agreements for litigation and services (Zelle LLP contingency fee for antitrust litigation and contracts for alarm tracking and tobacco product waste litigation representation).
