Peters submitted and the Board accepted a letter of retirement from Chief Deputy Jon Tinnes, effective Dec. 30, 2026; the minutes record the Board's thanks for more than 30 years of service. No personnel appointment to replace Tinnes was recorded in the minutes; the acceptance is a formal personnel action recorded by motion (M/S/C Duckstad, Nybladh 5-0).
