Marshall County adopts 2027 COLA and adjusts vacation accruals after benefits committee report

After discussion, the Board approved a compensation increase of 2% plus $0.54 for 2027 and changed the vacation-accrual schedule so that employees receive more vacation one year earlier, effective the first pay period in 2027.
