Superintendent Andy Siegfried told trustees that a bid opening is scheduled for the Wednesday before the next board meeting and that the district will redo concrete work over spring break, which begins the last week in March. "The repair is covered under warranty, so there will be no cost," Siegfried said during his report.
The board did not take a formal vote on procurement at the Feb. 17 meeting; Siegfried's update served as an informational briefing on timing and cost responsibility. The district's business office will process the bid opening and return procurement recommendations to the board for any required approvals.
