Bibler, A. Drinkall, P. Eubanks, T. Hackbarth, C. Rahn and M. Urish voting aye and no nays.
The board moved to affirm the Fiscal 2025 audit report following the written and oral presentation by Mr. Kyle Polhill of Benning Group; that motion passed by roll-call with the same six members recorded as voting aye. Later in new business the board authorized Superintendent Tim J. Schurman to begin preparation of the Fiscal 2027 budget on a motion by T. Hackbarth, seconded by M. Bibler; roll-call vote again recorded six ayes and no nays. These formal motions were recorded as routine approvals and preparatory steps for the district’s upcoming fiscal planning cycle.
