After executive session, board directs staff to draft response letters for multiple disclosure matters

The motion was made by Chair Paul K. Johnson, seconded by Melissa Bonacic, and carried.
The board also directed Megan Bassler to draft a letter related to DFAO-01-26, the disclosure matter that had been specifically flagged for follow-up.
