Mary Beth Bianconi said providing the model was not part of the current contract but could be negotiated; she cautioned the county may not have the necessary software or a technical person to run it. Asked about cost, Bianconi said the software "was around six figures," and added the county already has rights to the model output but would need to evaluate the cost‑benefit of buying software and staffing to operate the model.
