Newdale council adopts new water and wastewater rate resolutions

Council minutes record that Brett Leavitt moved to pass Resolution No. 145 and Shayne Hansen seconded; a roll-call vote followed with all members voting in the affirmative. The minutes also record that the motion to adopt the wastewater resolution passed unanimously, although the text of the minutes repeats the prior resolution number for the motion, creating an inconsistency that the clerk's signed minutes nonetheless show as adopted.
