Infante noted that major offense categories in the minutes were largely zero for February: homicide, domestic incidents, auto theft, larceny, burglary, robbery, assault and fraud were all recorded as zero; property destruction was recorded twice and trespassing twice. The Board received the report; no public comment or action was recorded in response.
