Board member Matt Snell moved to approve a bid for fencing around the retention pond at the new PreK-12 school facility; Robin Barraza seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Snell also moved to approve a bid for furniture for the PreK-12 building, seconded by Hunter Shofner, which the board approved unanimously. Hunter Shofner moved—and Wes Higgins seconded—to approve a bid for a fence around the newly constructed shot-put area; that motion also carried unanimously. There were no public forum speakers and no citizen input recorded.
