Council adopts updated franchise agreements with NFC Northwest and Ziply Fiber

Town Attorney Jeff Slothower told the council he had reviewed the agreements and indicated they were acceptable; Councilmember Ditsworth moved to adopt Updated Ordinance No. 669 for NFC Northwest, LLC, Sandretto seconded and the motion passed by majority vote.
Ditsworth then moved to adopt Updated Ordinance No. 670 for Ziply Fiber Pacific, LLC; Sandretto seconded and the council passed that motion by majority vote as well. The minutes record that Jeff Slothower had reviewed and assured the council the agreements were fine; no roll-call vote tallies were provided in the minutes.
