South Cle Elum council approves extra water hookup for Westside property

The South Cle Elum Town Council on June 2 approved a request from resident Ethan McCrillis for an additional municipal water hookup at 741 Westside Road. Sandretto moved to grant the hookup; McGuire seconded the motion and the council approved it by majority vote.
McCrillis described plans for a new house on the site and said "the new house would be addressed 741 ½ and the current well would be abandoned." The council took the action during the public comment portion after considering the request and a motion from Councilmember Sandretto.
