At the Aug. 26 special meeting the Snyder ISD Board approved up to $66,000 to purchase the iCEV Career and Technical Education curriculum, which the district describes as a platform for CTE coursework, pre- and post-testing, and industry certification testing.
Meeting materials state that iCEV offers online curriculum across multiple CTE subject areas and provides pre-test/post-test growth measurement and certification testing. The superintendent recommended the purchase; Doug Neff moved to approve and Ralph Ramon seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
