Parks & Recreation committee member Shauntia Phillips reported that bands and brewers are all confirmed for the Suds & Songs event. Phillips said RAMP‑certified volunteers will be needed to serve alcohol at the event.
Phillips asked whether an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) exists; meeting minutes say John from EMA will put an EAP into effect for Suds & Songs. Councilmember Evan Hiester noted he had taken NIMS training during the storm and suggested the event could be a good opportunity to practice an EAP drill.
