Commissioners donate three unsold tax-sale parcels back to Town of Russellville

County Attorney Jim Ensley reported that three parcels that went unsold at tax sale are now in the name of the Board of Commissioners. Ensley said he had heard from a town board member that the Town of Russellville requested the parcels be transferred back to the town. Parcels listed in the minutes are 67-03-05-304-020.000-016, 67-03-05-304-011.000-016, and 67-03-05-304-017.000-016.
Commissioner Andy Beck moved to donate the three lots back to the Town of Russellville and Commissioner Tom Helmer seconded. The motion passed unanimously and Ensley was directed to handle the paperwork for the transfers.
