Director Lisa Zeiner presented an agreement with HWC to update the Unified Development Ordinance. The fee for the work was listed as $42,030, and Zeiner said she was not asking for additional funding because the money is already in the department budget.
Zeiner said the update will address language for new technology (including data centers), make clarifications and correct typographical errors identified through daily use of the ordinance. Commissioner Andy Beck moved to approve the agreement; Commissioner Rick Woodall seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
