Chairperson Jacob Justah Hackman called the meeting to order; Supervisors Breitbach, Cerwinske (participating by phone) and Suckow (participating by phone) were present. Supervisor Carter was absent. “Motion by Breitbach, seconded by Suckow to approve agenda for July 29, 2026,” the minutes record; the motion carried on a roll-call vote.
After taking two formal motions (approval of the agenda and certification of the Abstract of Taxes and Tax List for the 2025 tax assessment, collectible FY 2026–2027), the board approved a motion to adjourn at 7:05 AM. The minutes are signed by Chairperson Jacob Justah Hackman and attested by Board Secretary Sheila Shekleton; a county stamp shows the minutes filed Aug. 3, 2026.
