Village outlines six-year path to Brookville sidewalk; manager criticizes permitting hurdles

The manager also criticized the permitting process and the State Highway Administration's resistance, calling the process "broken" and saying it had been "quite radicalizing" to the project team. "It's took way too long. The system is broken to build things in this in this country and in this in this state," the manager said, calling for improvements to make it easier to build needed infrastructure.
