The City Council approved Omnibus Resolution #2026-18 to authorize agreements inducing sale and redevelopment of surplus city-owned residential properties under the APAP program. Corporation Counsel T.J. Somer told the council that two abandoned properties—406 W. 15th Street and 408 W. 15th Street—were ready to go to sale as part of the initiative.
Alderman Wanda Rodgers moved approval and Alderman Kelli Merrick seconded. The omnibus resolution passed with the usual five ayes; the measure advances the properties toward sale and redevelopment under the city's APAP procedures.
