Sidewalk inspection report sent to Collier Paving; homeowners to be notified of driveway responsibilities

Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and proposed scope for areas deemed severe. He said he sent quantities to Collier Paving and hopes to present repair quotes at the next meeting. Krebs is preparing a draft memorandum to notify affected homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their own driveways.
Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz will review the notification before it is sent to homeowners. No vote was required; staff will return with quotes and a recommended scope for board approval at a future meeting. "They are responsible for repairing their own driveways," Krebs said when describing the homeowner notification plan.
