River Ridge board ratifies $150,786 change order for stormwater work amid member objections

District Counsel Tony Pires was directed to draft 'ground rules' for approvals on large projects.
On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Merrill, with all in favor, MRI Construction, Inc. Change Order Estimate #500 for Price Changes of Phase I and Phase II Stormwater Management Projects in the amount of $150,786.09 was ratified. The board recorded no opposing votes.
