Premier Lakes: minimal red algae, aeration repairs and delayed installation at the Masters

Dustin Hormann of Premier Lakes reported routine maintenance findings and near-term repairs. "Crews identified minimal red algae in the lakes, which will be treated tomorrow," Hormann said. He added that dry retention areas were recently treated and that aeration issues were corrected except for two units that need electrical work scheduled for the coming Monday or Tuesday.
PSGRC General Manager Eric Long asked District Engineer Charlie Krebs to obtain costs to replant littorals behind 20859 Glen Eagles Lakes Drive (Cord Grass and Arrowhead). Hormann also noted the 'zombie box' installation at the Masters is delayed about three weeks because the item was on back order. The board did not take formal action; items were recorded for follow-up work and cost estimates.
