River Ridge approves goals-and-objectives framework to meet HB7013 reporting

The Board approved the Goals and Objectives and the Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form on a motion by Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Robert Twombly. Staff noted the initial report is due December 1, 2025 and must be posted on the CDD website; the task was added to the district's key activity dates.
