River Ridge adopts Resolution 2025-01 to elect officers, remove prior appointee

At the Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge Board adopted Resolution 2025-01, which elects the listed slate of officers and removes a prior Assistant Secretary from the roll. Kurt Blumenthal nominated the slate and the motion passed with a unanimous vote.
The resolution also confirmed that prior staff appointments (including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Treasurer) remain in place. "On MOTION by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Mountford, with all in favor, Resolution 2025-01, Electing, as nominated, and Removing Officers of the District and Providing for an Effective Date, was adopted," the minutes record.
