At its Aug. 27 meeting, the River Ridge CDD opened and closed a public hearing on proposed special assessments for fiscal year 2024/2025 and adopted Resolution 2024-08 as amended. District Counsel Tony Pires recommended opening the hearing; no affected property owners spoke.
Before the Board voted, staff noted that references to "Exhibit B" should be deleted from page 2 and throughout the resolution. On motion by Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Robert Twombly, and "with all in favor," the Board adopted Resolution 2024-08 making a determination of benefit and imposing special assessments for FY2024/2025. The action certifies an assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement consistent with the resolution's terms.
