River Ridge CDD adopts FY2024/2025 budget after scrivener edits

The River Ridge Community Development District adopted its fiscal year 2024/2025 budget after a brief public hearing on Aug. 27, 2024. District Manager Chuck Adams told the Board the budget packet originally included incorrect entries and that staff made scrivener edits, including a revision to the "Street sweeping" description, before the hearing.
The public hearing was opened and closed with no public testimony. On motion by Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Robert Twombly, "Resolution 2024-07, Relating to the Annual Appropriations and Adopting the Budget(s) for the Fiscal Year Beginning October 1, 2024, and Ending September 30, 2025," was adopted as amended. The resolution authorizes budget amendments and establishes the fiscal year effective October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. The Board voted unanimously in favor of adoption.
