The applicant said the prior paved driveway (about 900 sq ft) will be removed and loamed and seeded, and two cedars are proposed as replacement plantings for trees lost during construction. After a brief public-hearing phase with no public comments, a commissioner moved to close the hearing and then moved to approve the project referencing the Schofield Brothers project narrative and associated site plans; the motion passed with all voting in favor.
