Staff described a minor subdivision application in which a parent parcel (composed of two parcels) would be divided to create four parcels intended to assist with the sale of an estate. A remote participant identified as Rick walked the board through the packet and pointed to the last page showing the four parcels proposed.
"There's 2 dash parcels involved with this, and they're creating 4, fields to help sell the estate," the participant said. The board moved to adopt resolution 8-3-26-47 on a motion by Travis, seconded by Isaac; the motion carried 4–0 with Scott absent.
