County approves three interim hot‑mix plant permits with identical conditions

The board unanimously approved the amendment (Resolution 25-06-03) and then approved each permit with the same six conditions: compliance with Cottonwood County Zoning Ordinance #28 and Ordinance #36; obtaining all necessary federal/state/local permits and fees; asphalt plant permit expiration date of November 30, 2025; waste disposal on site during construction; agreement with the local Road Authority on a road maintenance plan; and hours of operation limited to 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The permits apply to OMG Midwest dba Minnesota Paving and Materials (Delton Township), Central Specialties, Inc. (Amboy Township), and Duininck, Inc. (Dale Township). The minutes do not list individual permit operators’ mitigation plans, bond amounts, or monitoring details; those items may be on file with the Planning & Zoning office or contained in the full permit documents.
