The Chadwick‑Milledgeville Community Unit School District #399 Board of Education unanimously approved the Fiscal 2026 budget during its Sept. 15 regular meeting. A motion by A. Drinkall, seconded by M. Urish, carried on a roll call vote with members M. Bibler, A. Drinkall, S. Engelkens, P. Eubanks, T. Hackbarth, C. Rahn and M. Urish voting aye.
Superintendent T. Schurman told the board the budget is balanced and projects "a small surplus." The board directed that the budget be posted on the district website and submitted to the Regional Office of Education and the district auditors, as required by state procedure.
