Treasurer Tracey McCay presented the treasurer’s report and reported the Pokagon Fund balance of $49,238. Tim McCarthy moved to approve the treasurer report; Mike Botelho seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Clerk Anne Heywood then asked for approval of a check register totaling $126,625.33; Mike Botelho moved to approve and Tim McCarthy seconded. Heywood also listed upcoming events including Arbor Day (July 10), House Walk (July 25), Village Party (Aug. 16) and Octoberfest (Oct. 4), music dates and said Day Camp will run June 16–Aug. 8; July and August meetings will begin at 2 p.m. EST because of camp hours.
