Board schedules special meeting for MN Paving IUP; considers temporary closures for rail loading request

Separately, Commissioner Tom Appel reported a request from New Vision, Mountain Lake to close County Road 8 for two-to-four hours twice in one day on a monthly basis to allow loading of rail cars. Appel said he would follow up with the County Engineer and County Sign Specialist to evaluate the request; the minutes do not record a decision on any road closure.
