County declares trailer Unit 781 and miscellaneous items surplus
Summary

Public Works Director Nick Klisch told the board that the county approved purchase of a new enclosed trailer at the May 6 meeting and that the existing trailer (Unit 781) and other miscellaneous parts and low-value items can be declared surplus for sale. Commissioner Larry Anderson moved and Commissioner Wayne Maras seconded the motion to declare the items surplus; the motion passed unanimously.
Klisch said some miscellaneous items are parts for equipment the county no longer owns and others are valued under $5,000. The board's action clears the way for the county to sell Unit 781 and the listed miscellaneous items under its surplus property procedures.
